“ I just bought a used car from them yesterday so this is based on that experience, and if anything changes in the future I’ll edit my review. But here’s how yesterday went: I showed up by myself, with a concussion, and made it clear before I even arrived that I couldn’t understand complicated math / finance stuff. CJ was the main person I worked with, with Brenda and Ray helping out. All three of them were so, so kind, and patient, and transparent the whole day (I was there for about 6 hours). They made it clear we could go at my own pace and I could change my mind whenever I wanted. At one point I caught a mistake in their paperwork that added a $1,000 charge I didn’t want, but unlike the previous dealership I went to, they were willing to take it off even though the part had already been installed without my signature. That meant so much to me! I was there for close to 6 hours and at one point I got hungry, and CJ offered to drive me to a really cool food hall down the street while we waited for my credit application to go through. They let me eat my food in the middle of the showroom (they made it very clear that I SHOULD eat and I didn’t have to go hide anywhere). CJ also drove me to drop off my rental car, helped me unload all the stuff from my rental into the new car, and filled up the tank (at 4.70 a gallon!) They worked directly with my bank, PNC, which took a huge weight off my shoulders, but they ended up finding me an even better rate with a credit union (and told me they did the hard credit check with those two places, easing my fears of having a bunch of hard credit checks in one day). The experience was a world different from the dealership I’d been to the day prior, where I almost started crying and wanted to run out of there, from how hard they were trying to sell me all kinds of stuff and had all these hidden mandatory fees. I was supposed to go back there yesterday but I had such bad vibes I wound up at Antwerpen, and I’m so glad I did! When I asked about when the next major maintenance, they googled it and pulled up the Hyundai site (nice knowing that it wasn’t something they just had on their desktop to convince customers) and then told me that they’d done all the major maintenance (not including oil change or little things) for the next mileage maintenance checkpoint. They showed me the carfax and highlighted the work and the date they’d done it. The test drive went wonderfully and was super comfortable, the car was a fantastic price in the present hostile economy, and I know it’s only been a day but I seriously love this car so much. At the end of it all, I went to shake hands with CJ and Brenda but they each gave me a warm hug. It felt like I had a bunch of people on my team, it felt like a family. I also found a ton of four leaf clovers in the grass in front of their store. I gave one to each of them, and kept one for myself to keep in my new car. I left the rest to grow, for them and for the next people who get lucky enough to have the used car buying experience I did, in a world where it’s a nerve wracking experience trying to find and purchase a car alone. ”

2. Lane Keeping Assist (LKA) will not work under all circumstances. It functions when it is able to detect painted lane markings. It cannot function if the lane markings cannot be seen clearly, if the lines are faded, or during dusk without headlights on, with snow, rain, sleet, dust, leaves or standing water on road, sudden changes in brightness such as shadows, tunnel exits/entrances, low sunlight angle causing reflections, multiple lane markings or criss-crossed lines, tar crack sealer and cracked or broken road surfaces. It also may not function on very rough roads, when walls, curbs or concrete barriers are close by, or if following another car too closely. Since it "sees" the lane markings using a camera in the upper windshield area, it is imperative this area be clear and free of blockage such as stickers, dirt, snow, tinting material, markings and labels. Avoid putting objects on the dashboard that may reflect light or images onto the system camera area. Lane Keeping Assist is not a substitute for safe driving practices, but is a supplemental assist only. The driver is responsible for always maintaining command and control of the vehicle and must keep hands on the wheel at all times. See Owner's Manual for further details and limitations.
3. Driver Attention Warning (DAW) is only a warning to inform the driver of a potential lack of driver attention or drowsiness. It does not detect and provide an alert in every situation. It is the driver's responsibility to remain alert at all times. See Owner’s Manual for further details and limitations.
4. Blind-Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist (BCA) assists the driver by warning of other cars in the blind spot region. It senses the rear side territory of the vehicle when it is traveling over 20 mph. There are limitations to the function, range, detection and clarity of the system. It will not detect all vehicles or objects in the blind spot. Its operation depends on the size, distance, angle and relative speed difference between your car and other cars. BCA may not operate if sensors are obscured in any way. Do not rely exclusively on BCA. BCA is a supplemental system and the driver must still be attentive and exercise caution when driving. It is important to always signal, look over your shoulder and through your mirrors before changing lanes. It is the driver's responsibility to be aware of the surroundings and ensure it is clear before changing lanes or directions. See Owner’s Manual for further details and limitations.
5. When the vehicle is parked, Safe Exit Warning (SEW) can alert the driver when a vehicle is approaching from behind. SEW does not work in all situations and is not a substitute for driver or passenger attentiveness. Always be aware of your surroundings and attentive of approaching vehicles. 6. Not available on all models. SiriusXM and XM NavTraffic require a SiriusXM subscription, sold separately after a complimentary introductory period. All fees and programming subject to change. Traffic and weather channels only available in select markets, and SiriusXM service is only available in the 48 contiguous United States. See your dealer for details.
