“ I just bought a used car from them yesterday so this is based on that experience, and if anything changes in the future I’ll edit my review. But here’s how yesterday went: I showed up by myself, with a concussion, and made it clear before I even arrived that I couldn’t understand complicated math / finance stuff. CJ was the main person I worked with, with Brenda and Ray helping out. All three of them were so, so kind, and patient, and transparent the whole day (I was there for about 6 hours). They made it clear we could go at my own pace and I could change my mind whenever I wanted. At one point I caught a mistake in their paperwork that added a $1,000 charge I didn’t want, but unlike the previous dealership I went to, they were willing to take it off even though the part had already been installed without my signature. That meant so much to me! I was there for close to 6 hours and at one point I got hungry, and CJ offered to drive me to a really cool food hall down the street while we waited for my credit application to go through. They let me eat my food in the middle of the showroom (they made it very clear that I SHOULD eat and I didn’t have to go hide anywhere). CJ also drove me to drop off my rental car, helped me unload all the stuff from my rental into the new car, and filled up the tank (at 4.70 a gallon!) They worked directly with my bank, PNC, which took a huge weight off my shoulders, but they ended up finding me an even better rate with a credit union (and told me they did the hard credit check with those two places, easing my fears of having a bunch of hard credit checks in one day). The experience was a world different from the dealership I’d been to the day prior, where I almost started crying and wanted to run out of there, from how hard they were trying to sell me all kinds of stuff and had all these hidden mandatory fees. I was supposed to go back there yesterday but I had such bad vibes I wound up at Antwerpen, and I’m so glad I did! When I asked about when the next major maintenance, they googled it and pulled up the Hyundai site (nice knowing that it wasn’t something they just had on their desktop to convince customers) and then told me that they’d done all the major maintenance (not including oil change or little things) for the next mileage maintenance checkpoint. They showed me the carfax and highlighted the work and the date they’d done it. The test drive went wonderfully and was super comfortable, the car was a fantastic price in the present hostile economy, and I know it’s only been a day but I seriously love this car so much. At the end of it all, I went to shake hands with CJ and Brenda but they each gave me a warm hug. It felt like I had a bunch of people on my team, it felt like a family. I also found a ton of four leaf clovers in the grass in front of their store. I gave one to each of them, and kept one for myself to keep in my new car. I left the rest to grow, for them and for the next people who get lucky enough to have the used car buying experience I did, in a world where it’s a nerve wracking experience trying to find and purchase a car alone. ”

3. Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist with Junction Turning (FCA-JT) is intended to be a supplement to safe driving practices. The system is not designed to detect certain stationary objects such as trees or poles, and may not detect all vehicles, pedestrians, or cyclists under certain conditions. The system’s Junction Turning function operates when the vehicle’s left turn signal is activated, the vehicle is travelling between approximately 6-19 mph and the oncoming vehicle’s speed is between approximately 19-44 mph. The system is a driver assistance system and is not a substitute for safe driving. The driver is responsible for being attentive and maintaining control of the vehicle, and should not wait for the system's alerts before braking as there may not be sufficient time to brake safely. 4. Smart Cruise Control (SCC) is not a collision avoidance or warning device. SCC is for highway use only and should not be used in poor weather, heavy or varying traffic, or on winding or slippery roads. Driver remains responsible to slow or stop the vehicle to avoid a collision. See Owner's Manual for further details and limitations.
5. Lane Keeping Assist (LKA) will not work under all circumstances. It operates above 40 mph and only when it is able to detect painted lane markings. It cannot function if the lane markings cannot be seen clearly. If the lines cannot be seen clearly due to poor road conditions, weather, or lighting conditions, it may not function. It also may not function on very rough roads, when walls, curbs or concrete barriers are close by, or if following another car too closely. Since it "sees" the lane markings using a camera in the upper windshield area, it is imperative this area be clear and free of blockage such as stickers, dirt, snow, tinting material, markings and labels. Lane Keeping Assist is not a substitute for safe driving practices, but is a supplemental assist only. The driver is responsible for always maintaining command and control of the vehicle and must keep hands on the wheel at all times. See Owner's Manual for further details and limitations.
6. Lane Following Assist (LFA) helps keep the vehicle centered in its lane only when the lane markings are clearly visible on the road. Lane Following Assist will not work under all circumstances and will not prevent loss of control. Lane Following Assist is a supplemental assist, and does not replace the need for extreme care and attention by the driver. See Owner's Manual for feature details and limitations.
