“ I just bought a used car from them yesterday so this is based on that experience, and if anything changes in the future I’ll edit my review. But here’s how yesterday went: I showed up by myself, with a concussion, and made it clear before I even arrived that I couldn’t understand complicated math / finance stuff. CJ was the main person I worked with, with Brenda and Ray helping out. All three of them were so, so kind, and patient, and transparent the whole day (I was there for about 6 hours). They made it clear we could go at my own pace and I could change my mind whenever I wanted. At one point I caught a mistake in their paperwork that added a $1,000 charge I didn’t want, but unlike the previous dealership I went to, they were willing to take it off even though the part had already been installed without my signature. That meant so much to me! I was there for close to 6 hours and at one point I got hungry, and CJ offered to drive me to a really cool food hall down the street while we waited for my credit application to go through. They let me eat my food in the middle of the showroom (they made it very clear that I SHOULD eat and I didn’t have to go hide anywhere). CJ also drove me to drop off my rental car, helped me unload all the stuff from my rental into the new car, and filled up the tank (at 4.70 a gallon!) They worked directly with my bank, PNC, which took a huge weight off my shoulders, but they ended up finding me an even better rate with a credit union (and told me they did the hard credit check with those two places, easing my fears of having a bunch of hard credit checks in one day). The experience was a world different from the dealership I’d been to the day prior, where I almost started crying and wanted to run out of there, from how hard they were trying to sell me all kinds of stuff and had all these hidden mandatory fees. I was supposed to go back there yesterday but I had such bad vibes I wound up at Antwerpen, and I’m so glad I did! When I asked about when the next major maintenance, they googled it and pulled up the Hyundai site (nice knowing that it wasn’t something they just had on their desktop to convince customers) and then told me that they’d done all the major maintenance (not including oil change or little things) for the next mileage maintenance checkpoint. They showed me the carfax and highlighted the work and the date they’d done it. The test drive went wonderfully and was super comfortable, the car was a fantastic price in the present hostile economy, and I know it’s only been a day but I seriously love this car so much. At the end of it all, I went to shake hands with CJ and Brenda but they each gave me a warm hug. It felt like I had a bunch of people on my team, it felt like a family. I also found a ton of four leaf clovers in the grass in front of their store. I gave one to each of them, and kept one for myself to keep in my new car. I left the rest to grow, for them and for the next people who get lucky enough to have the used car buying experience I did, in a world where it’s a nerve wracking experience trying to find and purchase a car alone. ”

In the time since, they have provided us a rental and assured us that they are working to improve the culture and service. I will update upon completion of our service and provide an accurate description of the interaction. Original review 1/12/26 Service department staff is rude, unhelpful and under qualified. Dealing with the Hyundai Ioniq 5 ICCU failure has left us without the car for an extended period of time. They’ve not communicated, not offered a rental and not answered when we asked for timeline updates. If we can ever get the car back in working order, we’re going to a different dealership. Bought the car here and wish we’d gone elsewhere. ”

3. Blind-Spot View Monitor (BVM) assists driver in changing lanes by providing a live view of the blind spots on either side of the vehicle and an audible alert if another vehicle is detected. Turn signal must be activated and other system limitations apply. Do not rely exclusively on BVM. It is the driver's responsibility to be aware of the surroundings and ensure it is clear before changing lanes or directions. See Owner's Manual for further details and limitations.
4. Remote Smart Parking Assist (RSPA) can remotely help park the vehicle. However, several factors can impact RSPA performance. RSPA may not function correctly if one or more of the parking sensors is damaged, dirty or covered or if weather conditions (heavy rain, snow or fog) interfere with sensor operation. Always inspect the parking area with your own eyes. See Owner's Manual for further details and limitations.
5. When the vehicle is parked and the engine has been turned off, the Rear Occupant Alert can help to alert the driver if the rear door(s) have been opened at any point after the vehicle was unlocked at the beginning of the journey. Upon turning the engine off, Rear Occupant Alert will provide a visual alert on the instrument cluster. Rear Occupant Alert is not a substitute for driver attentiveness. Never leave a child unattended in a vehicle. See Owner's Manual for further details and limitations.
