I will update upon completion of our service and provide an accurate description of the interaction. Original review 1/12/26 Service department staff is rude, unhelpful and under qualified. Dealing with the Hyundai Ioniq 5 ICCU failure has left us without the car for an extended period of time. They’ve not communicated, not offered a rental and not answered when we asked for timeline updates. If we can ever get the car back in working order, we’re going to a different dealership. When used car sales manager Stanislav found out we were looking to buy a car in the next 2 months and were looking at two other full size SUVs he stated: "we have nothing to sell you and these cars are selling above MSRP, then started shaking and fidgeting in anger. At no point during our conversation was price ever discussed, only the color and options we were looking for. Looked liked Stanislav was under the influence, regardless as a business owner myself I woul never tolerate any of my employees behaving like that with customers. I've reached out to the GM Kenny and waiting to hear back. ”

“ I scheduled an oil change for 10:45, upon arrival I was told it would taken 1-1.5 hours. An hour into being there a staff member comes over to me to go over what I was having done to my car and it would be 1.5-2 hours. All together it took over 3 hours just for an oil change. ”
“ Would’ve gave them zero stars, but that is not an option so I had to give them one star. Staff is a bunch of snowflakes that would not do recall work on the vehicle because it was messy inside. Insisted I pay $150 to clean the inside of the car first. It had coffee spilled on the seat and front left door with some dirt and was messy inside. They claimed it was a bio hazzard, that it was fecal matter. Chris, the service Director threatened to take pictures and post them on the Internet to defame us. Will never buy another car from any Antwerpen dealer again or bring a car there for service. Recommend nobody else does either. Outrageous, they could’ve discussed this while we were there, but waited till we left. We live 20 minutes from the dealership. He insisted if we didn’t pay to have it cleaned, we would have to pick it up, clean it and bring it back. Picked up the car the next day and an extremely rude, unprofessional (middle age black women, don’t know her name). She led me to the cashier’s office to sign papers and give me the keys. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. She should not be dealing with customers. While i was reading the paperwork she was trying to grab it from me. Now I know why… they lied on the paperwork for recall work saying I declined to have the work done, and I threatened the service manager. Both are blatant lies! Quite frankly, i view this as falsifying official corporate documents. Do not do business with Antwerpen Hyundai in Clarksville. ”
“ My Hyundai broke down on 32, so I managed to limp it over to this dealership to get it checked out. The service department was slammed, so it took about a week before they even looked at it. Another week went by before they finally figured out the issue… after checking with Hyundai corporate, no less (multiple times). By week three, right around the time they were ready to start repairs (and once the parts came in), they finally had a loaner available. Also I have to say the overall communication from this dealer during this month ordeal was so subpar, I had to keep texting them every few days after hearing no updates to get even a little info on what was the status of things. Nearly $4,000 later, I picked up the car… exactly one month to the day after I dropped it off. No clean car wash or anything either; it was dustier than I left it. Fast forward three weeks, and here I am again, check engine light back on. This time, I think I’ll stick with my usual Hyundai dealer. ”
“ I asked 2 simple question to Ryan Latham Sales Manager and he failed to answer both of them. This dealer doesn’t give you price up front so they can add “add ons” aka scam to your OTD. Find a different sales guy if this person answers your email ”
“ This review is for their service department. It was the first and last time I will ever have my car serviced by them. They repeatedly pushed back and delayed service that was covered under warranty for my vehicle resulting in me being forced to spend hundreds of dollars on a rental car. After my car broke down on the side of the road, they initially upon inspecting my vehicle tried to claim nothing was wrong. However prior to taking my car to them I had my vehicle inspected by my regular mechanic who within an hour told me what the issue was. When I told Hyundai this, they did another inspection and surprise! They confirmed the issue my mechanic had identified. I thought you guys were supposed to be the specialists? Communication and vehicle updates during this time were virtually non existent with me always having to contact THEM repeatedly for an update although they stated they would be doing that for me. Do not take your car here to get serviced. ”
