“ I just bought a used car from them yesterday so this is based on that experience, and if anything changes in the future I’ll edit my review. But here’s how yesterday went: I showed up by myself, with a concussion, and made it clear before I even arrived that I couldn’t understand complicated math / finance stuff. CJ was the main person I worked with, with Brenda and Ray helping out. All three of them were so, so kind, and patient, and transparent the whole day (I was there for about 6 hours). They made it clear we could go at my own pace and I could change my mind whenever I wanted. At one point I caught a mistake in their paperwork that added a $1,000 charge I didn’t want, but unlike the previous dealership I went to, they were willing to take it off even though the part had already been installed without my signature. That meant so much to me! I was there for close to 6 hours and at one point I got hungry, and CJ offered to drive me to a really cool food hall down the street while we waited for my credit application to go through. They let me eat my food in the middle of the showroom (they made it very clear that I SHOULD eat and I didn’t have to go hide anywhere). CJ also drove me to drop off my rental car, helped me unload all the stuff from my rental into the new car, and filled up the tank (at 4.70 a gallon!) They worked directly with my bank, PNC, which took a huge weight off my shoulders, but they ended up finding me an even better rate with a credit union (and told me they did the hard credit check with those two places, easing my fears of having a bunch of hard credit checks in one day). The experience was a world different from the dealership I’d been to the day prior, where I almost started crying and wanted to run out of there, from how hard they were trying to sell me all kinds of stuff and had all these hidden mandatory fees. I was supposed to go back there yesterday but I had such bad vibes I wound up at Antwerpen, and I’m so glad I did! When I asked about when the next major maintenance, they googled it and pulled up the Hyundai site (nice knowing that it wasn’t something they just had on their desktop to convince customers) and then told me that they’d done all the major maintenance (not including oil change or little things) for the next mileage maintenance checkpoint. They showed me the carfax and highlighted the work and the date they’d done it. The test drive went wonderfully and was super comfortable, the car was a fantastic price in the present hostile economy, and I know it’s only been a day but I seriously love this car so much. At the end of it all, I went to shake hands with CJ and Brenda but they each gave me a warm hug. It felt like I had a bunch of people on my team, it felt like a family. I also found a ton of four leaf clovers in the grass in front of their store. I gave one to each of them, and kept one for myself to keep in my new car. I left the rest to grow, for them and for the next people who get lucky enough to have the used car buying experience I did, in a world where it’s a nerve wracking experience trying to find and purchase a car alone. ”

“ Not to bad of a sales crew, they walked me through as they should and were great at what they do. However, the vehicle, when delivered, still had adhesive on it from the plastic paint protection sheets. It was taken back and corrected, but the vehicle was NEVER DETAILED prior to delivery to me, it came out dry bone. How a manager would allow this is beyound me for a new vehicle sale. It was still dirty and 5 months of water spots. They applied tire shine and that was it. I was at the dealership for about 5 hours at that point, some time spent switxging my tires over, and a 2 hour drive back home, I just got the vehicle and left. Sales staff is good, however the detailing crew and management allowing a car to be delivered in that condition....exceedingly poor. ”

“ One of the worst experiences I have ever had trying to buy a car. The salesman CJ was pushy and overly aggressive. They did not have the car I wanted, so on June 13th I put in a refundable $500 deposit to reserve a car that was coming in. Once they received my deposit, CJ stopped responding to any voice mails or emails I had with questions about the car's status. July 4th weekend I went on a week long vacation and had no access to my phone. When I returned on July 12th, I had multiple emails, voicemails and texts from CJ informing me the car had arrived on July 7th and trying to detremine when I would be able to pick up the car. I was excited and wrote CJ an email informing him I had returned from vacation and asking for information about the car. CJ curtly responded that he had sold the car to someone else. Since then I have been trying to get my "refundable" deposit returned. The first person I talked to said finance would call me, but they did not. I called and left a message the next day and no one responded. The next day I went to the dealership in person to obtain my refund, but the finance person informed me he was new and didn't know how to process a refund, but he would ask someone today and call me back. I have not heard a word from him. I have never seen a dealership more disinterested in customer service. I have received no explanation of why they sold the car to someone else, despite my $500 reserve deposit nor any type of apology. I fear I may never receive my money. They are charlatans and I highly encourage people looking for a new car to go elsewhere. Do not trust these people. ”

“ I wouldn't even give the service department one star—maybe one star for a few of the employees, but that's it. My car sat there for an entire week without anyone even looking at it. I finally called, and that night I was told it needed a new transmission. Then they said they had to wait for the warranty approval. Once the warranty was approved, I was told the work had started. Now it's been two more weeks. I've called every single day asking for updates. I was specifically told my car would be ready by 5:30–6:00 p.m. on Friday because I explained from the very beginning that I was leaving town on Saturday. They assured me it would be done. It's now 7:30 p.m. on Friday, and my car still isn't finished. To make matters worse, I was just told that the work didn't actually start until yesterday. The lack of communication, the constant delays, and being told different stories every time I call are completely unacceptable. I am beyond frustrated with this experience and will never bring my vehicle back here again. ”

I bought Hyundai Kona 2026 back in November I was told by Sales Rep Anthony and sales mgr Ryan that I will be having three year maintenance package Just right now six months later I took my car for oil change the service department told me I do not have maintenance package and they no longer have it for 2026 cars. I called so many time and nobody helped me out. So I drove there to talk with Ryan and Anthony. They told me they didn’t no longer work there in the finance manager told me that program was ended on 2025. ”

I gave them the benefit of the doubt, made the hour-long drive, and spent money on gas — only to sit there while they told me my price “couldn’t possibly be real.” So let me get this straight: YOU reached out to ME. YOU promised to beat the price. And when I showed up, YOU called me a liar and sent me packing? Absolutely disgraceful. I wasted a full afternoon and came home with nothing but frustration. Do yourself a favor — if they call you with promises, hang up. They will bait you in and waste your time without a second thought. ”

“ The dealership looks great. People are nice. Service is horrible. An oil change take 2-3hrs. A simple diagnostic procedure for a broken window motor takes 2-4 buisness days of the car sitting in the lot and waiting. I bought my last car there and I will not do this again. Service should not be this difficult ”
