Outrageous, they could’ve discussed this while we were there, but waited till we left. We live 20 minutes from the dealership. He insisted if we didn’t pay to have it cleaned, we would have to pick it up, clean it and bring it back. They repeatedly pushed back and delayed service that was covered under warranty for my vehicle resulting in me being forced to spend hundreds of dollars on a rental car.
